I used to think you just needed to work hard and save up and you’ll get there. Turns out, even then, the door’s still locked.
You can’t just sell when life changes.
Many of us like to move every now and then and don’t want to be tied to a location because of the cost of buying a house, yet we still want the benefits of real estate exposure.
